Caught in the Act is Michael Bublé's third live album. This album features songs from Bublé's previous albums, Michael Bublé and It's Time as well as the famous Charlie Chaplin song originally recorded by Nat King Cole, "Smile."

The performances of the album took place in Los Angeles, California and the album was released on July 8, 2005. Caught in the Act received a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album.
